  • Can I pay for products in the campaign using finance?

  • We will be happy to accept a return, and offer an exchange or a refund, as long as you notify us within 14 days of the day you receive your product(s), unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion. You will then have a further 14 days from notification to return the product(s) to us.

  • Next day delivery is available for all mobile products (smartphones, tablets, wearables, and computing), as long as the order is placed by 7pm. Where the next day is a Sunday, your order must be placed by 1pm on the Saturday for next day delivery.
    Orders of mobile products for next day delivery to more remote parts of Scotland must be placed by 3.30pm. You can confirm whether this applies to your postcode when you enter it at checkout.
    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer next day delivery for TV orders using our wall mount installation service, or for heavy items (over 135kg). We also cannot offer next day delivery for larger items (e.g. Home Appliances, TVs etc.) to addresses in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man. Delivery times may vary on Bank Holidays or in cases of unexpected severe weather.

6. Purchase from Samsung Shop Online. Lower priced item must meet all conditions, be identical and brand new and be sold online at selected retailers within 7 days of purchase.
