2. How to Set Up the Auto Rotating Accessory

Follow these steps to install and pair the Auto Rotating Accessory with your Samsung Smart TV:

1. Install your Samsung Smart TV on the Auto Rotating Wall Mount or Stand.
2. Connect all necessary cables before installation, as reinstallation is required for cable changes.
3. Plug in the Auto Rotating Accessory and ensure it is powered on.
4. Press and hold the Settings/Number/Color button and the Multi View button on the remote simultaneously for 3 seconds to pair the accessory with the TV.
5. After pairing, press and hold the Multi View button for a few seconds to switch between landscape and portrait modes.

- Avoid using molding thicker than 11 mm (or 18 mm for QN90B/QN85B) to ensure proper rotation functionality.

5. Troubleshooting Pairing Issues

If the Auto Rotating Accessory fails to pair with your TV, follow these steps to initialize the device:

Method 1: Reset Button

1. Plug in the Auto Rotating Accessory.
2. Press the Reset button on the back of the device for 3 seconds.

Method 2: Power Cord Reset

1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and wait 15 seconds.
2. Reconnect the power cord and wait 5–10 seconds.
3. Repeat the disconnection and reconnection process three times to enter initialization mode.
